WHAT IS REJURAN?
New to Australia, Rejuran is a gel formulation containing Polynucleotides (PN), which are DNA fragments of a specific size derived from wild salmon. Unlike traditional skin collagen boosters, Rejuran harnesses the power of these bio-active DNA molecules, stimulating skin regeneration and effectively repairing damage while mitigating undesirable inflammation.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
From our mid twenties to early thirties, we begin to produce less Collagen in our skin which leads to the signs of ageing. Rejuran® is carefully injected into the dermal layer of the skin using a method known as mesotherapy. The Polynucleotides in Rejuran® stimulate the
fibroblasts which are skin cells that produce Collagen. This increase in Collagen production increases skin thickness and enhances skin tightness.

WHAT ARE THE SIDE-EFFECTS?
Rejuran® can be used all over the face however is particularly safe for areas that are difficult to treat like the area under the eyes. It may cause minor redness or itching, injection marks and small visible bumps. All of these side effects usually subside in 1 – 2 days. Minor flaking, dryness and peeling if present may last slightly longer.
HOW FREQUENTLY IS TREATMENT REQUIRED?
The initial treatment protocol is a course of 3 treatments with intervals of 2-4 weeks between treatment sessions. It is advised to consider having additional treatment sessions every 6-12 months to maintain your results and nurture a healthy skin condition.
